Thank you for booking Irton House Farm . Below are some basic cottage terms and condition regarding your stay. If you have any queries please contact Joan on 017687 76380, thank you:

Cottage Prices - Prices vary depending on number of guests and time of year - please contact Joan for more information. Prices include Vat, electricity, central heating, T.V., all bedlinen & Towel

Payments - We require an £100 non-returnable Booking Deposit payable to "Mrs. J.M. Almond". The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Arrivals & Departures - Guests are welcome on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. We request that guests vacate on the day of departure by 10 a.m. to facilitate cleaning and preparation.

Pets - Dogs welcome by arrangement only (£30 additional per week)
